This week Finance Secretary Shona Robison delivered the final Scottish Budget of this parliamentary term.

Coming just under four months before the Holyrood election on 7th May, the statement titled Your Scotland, Your Finances was less a routine fiscal event and more a strategic down-payment on the Scottish National Party’s (SNP) election manifesto.
